We rely on consent only where it is the most appropriate lawful basis.

Examples may include:

  • Marketing communications;
  • Waitlist updates;
  • Surveys and research activities;
  • Certain analytics activities where consent is required;
  • Optional features that you actively choose to participate in; and
  • Non-essential cookies and similar technologies where consent is required by law.

3. How Consent Is Obtained

Where consent is required, HomeWagger will:

  • Explain what you are consenting to;
  • Provide a clear choice;
  • Avoid pre-ticked boxes where prohibited by law; and
  • Allow you to refuse consent without affecting access to core services where appropriate.

Consent requests will be presented in a clear and understandable manner.

4. Withdrawing Consent

You may withdraw consent at any time.

Withdrawal of consent will not affect the lawfulness of processing that took place before consent was withdrawn.

Depending on the service involved, you may withdraw consent by:

  • Using unsubscribe links in emails;
  • Updating communication preferences where available;
  • Adjusting cookie preferences;
  • Contacting us directly; or
